The IIRER Evaluation team is charged with developing and conducting an evaluation of the Illinois Pathways to Partnerships Project performance that measures and documents the relationship to key outcomes:
- Increased participant Competitive Integrated Employment
- Increased participant Post Secondary Education
- Increased community integration
- Enhanced participant Quality of Life
- Sustained collaborative, coordinated partnership model
