IP2P Evaluation

The IIRER Evaluation team is charged with developing and conducting an evaluation of the Illinois Pathways to Partnerships Project performance that measures and documents the relationship to key outcomes:

  • Increased participant Competitive Integrated Employment
  • Increased participant Post Secondary Education
  • Increased community integration
  • Enhanced participant Quality of Life
  • Sustained collaborative, coordinated partnership model

The Illinois Pathways for Partnership Project evaluation goals are to provide evidence related to:
