Madison Ross
Madison Ross is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Special Education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She has over ten years of experience working with students with disabilities, including as a behavior analyst supporting adults in the group home setting and as a high school special education teacher for students with extensive support needs. Her research interests focus on inclusive and accessible practices and supports for transition-aged youth with extensive support needs. Additionally, she is interested in exploring ways to amplify student voices within the transition planning process, with the goal of creating meaningful educational experiences and improving post-school outcomes.
